Reducing the value of securing shared interfaces and facilities for the shareholder
Within the framework of facilitating the procedures and to alleviate the financial burden of granting licenses to the Marota City Regulator, the Executive Office of the Governorate of Damascus issued a decision No. 955 / C dated 23/9/2019, which includes the reduction of the value of securing the common facades and facilities of the shareholder to be licensed by 2.5%. % Of the cost of building one meter per floor on the structure instead of the previously established percentage (5%)
